We are based in St. Austell and cover the majority of Cornwall including Newquay, Bodmin, Truro, Wadebridge, Liskeard, Launceston, Camborne, Redruth and Penzance, as well as Plymouth.
We will accurately record all the business financial transactions using accounting software including sales, purchases, income and expenses. We ensure each transaction is correctly categorised based on accounting principles. This will also include regular bank reconciliations to ensure they align with the books. We use Xero and Sage softwares for bookkeeping.
We will prepare and submit your VAT Returns to HMRC using software, and will inform you of how much VAT is due and when it is to be paid. We will ensure you comply with the VAT and Making Tax Digital regulations.
We process your Gross and Net Pay, PAYE, Employees and Employers National Insurance Contributions and prepare financial documentation for your business. This includes itemised pay statements and employer payment summary and submissions to HMRC. We will remind you when payments are due to HMRC for deductions.
We will produce your year end accounts and prepare your Financial Statements (Statement of Profit and Loss and Balance Sheet) and submit these to companies house (where applicable). We can prepare accounts for Limited Companies, Sole Traders, Partnerships, Limited Liability Partnerships and Not-For-Profit Organisations. We also provide calculation and preparation of corporation tax and assist with submission to HMRC.
We will generate financial reports including interim Statements of Profit and Loss, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow Forecasts. We can provide regular financial data reports to allow you to make better decisions for your business. This service can be customised to meet your businesses individual needs.

In addition we offer Business and Administrative Support to help your business which includes preparing templates, creating and maintaining spreadsheets and data entry.

As a fully certified AAT bookkeeper, we bring extensive expertise to your financial management needs. I have completed AAT Levels 2 and 3, aswell as subsequent qualifications to join ICB. I am still undertaking further study to offer more services. Based in St Austell, we serve clients throughout Cornwall, boasting a wealth of experience assisting diverse small to medium businesses in the region. I also have a back ground in construction as a Quantity Surveyor.
Our prices vary depending on the level of service your business requires, however our monthly bookkeeping services can start from £100 per month. Whilst we do the bulk of the work ourselves, some services may be sub-contracted out to other practices, in which case you will be made aware. Our sub-contracting partners are fully qualified and insured.
